Kiara, owner of KSJ Consultancy Service, is an Aboriginal Engagement and Participation Specialist, providing expert advice on Industry Participation and Aboriginal Engagement.
She aims to empower government, non-profit and commercial entities to develop partnerships with Aboriginal Communities, driving outcomes aligned with socially and ethically responsible business practices.
Kiara has proven expertise in the development and codification of economic engagement and social empowerment initiatives in the government sector.

Uncle Bill is a proud Ngarrindjeri and Kaurna man who is committed to encouraging and supporting Aboriginal people in being proud of whom they are, where they are from, and to be the best person they can be. Bill is an effective communicator with people of all backgrounds and interests.
He is an accomplished educator with the capacity to engage students, community, staff, government, and non-government employees, at levels that are appropriate to the context of the dialogue.
Bill draws on his life skills to build strong relationships and partnerships with members of the Aboriginal community, colleagues, State and Commonwealth Government agency staff at all levels, as well as captains of industry.

Bill Wilson
Principal Cultural Facilitator

Bill is an Aboriginal Engagement Consultant for KSJ. His key responsibilities involve Aboriginal community engagement and support of Aboriginal Community -controlled organisations.
His key achievements within the role include undertaking Community engagement for a regional Aboriginal Corporation, which took place across various rural and remote locations.
This included face-to-face, online and written engagement. Bill has also successfully delivered numerous Cultural Awareness Training programs within the public and private sectors.
Karoline Brown
General Manager

Shouwn, a highly experienced Principal Consultant with over 20 years in federal and state public sectors focusing on Aboriginal affairs policy coordination and program delivery, excels in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As a Waanyi Garrwa descendant, his deep passion for advancing the Aboriginal Community drives his commitment to achieving successful outcomes through effective cross-cultural communication, expert facilitation skills, and a strategic approach to engagement.
Shouwn’s ability to establish and maintain key client relationships is bolstered by his in-depth understanding of clients’ business context, objectives, and management challenges, ensuring sustainable and impactful solutions that benefit the communities he serves.

Showun Oosting
Principal Consultant

Phil is a confirmed PhD Candidate, and a Level A Academic at the European Research Centre for Transnational Crime. Phillip has valuable experience in research, including research design, research methods and statistics.
Phillip has experience in designing and evaluating curriculum for training programs, having taught Research Methods, Criminal Networks, and Policing and Society at Flinders and Adelaide University.
Phillip also has experience in the Criminal Justice sector, and client interaction, including writing research reports for the South Australian Police, the Magistrates Court and for Victim Support Service.
Phillip is skilled in project management and research and is currently leading all KSJ Cultural Capability Safety Audits.

Phillip Screen
Principal Consultant
Nkosi has a diverse background, having taught and conducted research at multiple universities including Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences, Tshwane University of Technology, James Cook University, and La Trobe University.
He has lectured in various subjects such as Business Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing Research Methodology, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management.
Nkosi’s research contributions include publications in international journals, co-authoring a book chapter, and presenting at conferences in Africa and Europe.
He has also worked on research projects focused on accreditation standards for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander healthcare services, contributing significantly to Health Journey Mapping tools and resources aimed at improving healthcare experiences for Indigenous communities.
