Bill is a proud Ngarrindjeri and Kaurna man who is committed to encouraging and supporting Aboriginal people to be proud of who they are, where they are from and be the best person they can be.
Bill has enjoyed a longstanding career working in the further education and public sectors and has extensive experience in the design, delivery and administration of Aboriginal training, employment, and engagement programs.
Bill has held senior leadership roles at Tauondi Aboriginal College (including Director of the College from 1996 to 2002) and has worked in senior policy and program officer roles across state government agencies including Further Education and Employment, State Development and the Office of the Industry Advocate. Bill has also participated on numerous State and National level Aboriginal training and employment committees and working groups
Bill holds a Master of Education and Business Administration, a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Teaching and an Advanced Diploma Community Services.

Shouwn is a descendant of the Waanyi Nation and has over 25 years of experience working in both the State and Federal Public Sector with a strong focus on Aboriginal affairs policy coordination and program delivery.
Shouwn is passionate about Reconciliation and improving outcomes for Australia’s First Nation’s people and has worked across key portfolios including Aboriginal health workforce development, health, further education and employment, Aboriginal affairs and reconciliation, Aboriginal engagement, and public sector employment.
Shouwn has extensive experience and expertise in the development and delivery of Aboriginal employment and workforce development policy and programs, Aboriginal engagement plans, Reconciliation Action Plans and public participation plans. Shouwn has also participated on numerous local, State and National committees and working groups on Aboriginal employment, workforce development and Reconciliation.
Shouwn is a trained facilitator and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management), a Bachelor of Laws and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Managing Director Kiara Johnson. Kiara founded KSJ Consultancy Services in 2019, after realizing there was so much more she could do for her community as a businesswoman.
Kiara has over 15 years experience working in the State and Federal Government, with extensive experience in Major Constructions Projects and the Mining Industry.
A little country girl with a dream to change lives, Kiara comes from a Mid North South Australian community. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities that Aboriginal and regional communities face through her own experiences
Perseverance and passion has driven Kiara to create her dream, standing tall and proud as a young Aboriginal female entrepreneur.
Kiara’s passion is clear and her considered, experienced approach is reflected in the business opportunities she has secured and developed with governments and Aboriginal communities. With a strong work ethic and a reputation for achieving favourable outcomes for her clients, Kiara’s passion is infectious.
